Revolutionary technology shift

The necessity for advanced server cooling in AI data centers is driven by the immense and rapidly growing electricity consumption of AI workloads, which generate significant heat that must be managed to ensure system reliability and efficiency. As AI hardware, particularly high-performance GPUs and NPUs, becomes more powerful and densely packed, traditional air cooling methods are increasingly inadequate, making liquid cooling a critical solution for maintaining safe operating temperatures and enabling higher power densities.

Controlling the temperature during producing of wafer & microchips and during dtry etching very important.

In our new facility, we produce fluorinated Dielectric Liquids on newest chemical processing equipment for the growing market of immersion cooling liquid for AI datacenters.

Why you need our products and what can you expect from our cooling liquids?

  • AI servers, high-performance computing components designed for data centers (i.e. Nvidia's GB200 GPU), can dissipate over 1kW continuously and over 2.5kW peak, a substantial increase from previous generations, necessitating advanced cooling solutions.

  • The power density of AI processors often exceeds 50W/cm², a threshold where liquid cooling becomes essential, as forced air cooling requires impractically large heatsinks and creates challenges with hot exhaust air affecting other components.

  • Air-based cooling alone can consume up to 40% of a data center’s total electricity, making the shift to liquid cooling a key strategy for reducing overall energy usage and operational costs.

  • Liquid cooling, particularly direct-to-chip methods, is significantly more efficient than air cooling because water has approximately three times the heat capacity of air, allowing it to absorb more heat and reduce system size and energy consumption.

  • The International Energy Agency projects that global data center electricity use could more than double by 2026, driven largely by AI adoption, underscoring the urgent need for more efficient cooling and power management.

  • While liquid cooling offers substantial benefits, its implementation requires a ground-up design approach, as it cannot be easily retrofitted into existing data center infrastructure, and it comes with higher initial costs and potential single points of failure.
