GECKOLUBE- 1022  (Similar to to the Material of 3M - Fluorinert FC-3283) is used in many applications of the semiconductor industry and data centers with single-phase heat transfer applications.
Optimum cooling of high performance GPU components is achieved by submerging all heat emitting components in the fluid to manage the high heat loads generated by modern computing hardware. This special cooling liquid is non-conductive, chemically and thermally stable.
Its wide liquid range of -50 to 128 degrees Celsius and non-flammable, residue-free properties make it ideal for direct contact with electronic components to efficiently dissipate heat.
 The fluid's composition remains stable over time due to its narrow boiling range, minimizing fluid loss and ensuring consistent performance in high-technology applications.
Key Properties: The liquid is clear, colorless, non-conductive, non-flammable, and has a dielectric strength greater than 40 kV, making it safe for use with sensitive electronics.
 Its boiling point is 50°C (122°F).
