and data centers with single-phase heat
transfer applications.

emitting components in the fluid to manage the
high heat loads generated by modern computing
hardware. This special cooling liquid is
non-conductive, chemically and thermally
stable.
Its wide liquid range of -50 to 128 degrees
Celsius and non-flammable, residue-free
properties make it ideal for direct contact
with electronic components to efficiently
dissipate heat.
The fluid's composition remains stable
over time due to its narrow boiling range,
minimizing fluid loss and ensuring consistent
performance in high-technology
applications.

dielectric strength greater than 40 kV, making
it safe for use with sensitive
